We are qualified licensed inspectors with construction backgrounds, Principal Certified Inspector, Mr. John Francis Casimiro TREC License #6570, has Thousands of certified inspections under his belt. He meets and exceeds state licensing standards. John is also an excellent communicator, does his very best in every building inspection and will inspect your home as if it was his own home! Inspector's Qualifications:

I am a licensed member in good standing with TREC (License # 6570).

I have successfully passed the TREC Inspector Examination.

I am a Certified Pool Operator #77-211660 registered by the National Swimming Pool Foundation.

I have taken TREC's Standards of Practice Course.

I abide by TREC's Code of Ethics.

I follow TREC's Standards of Practice.

I have successfully completed 16 extra hours on Foundations / Structure - CE

I have successfully completed 16 extra hours on Report Writing - CE

I have successfully completed 21 extra Hours on Plumbing.

I have successfully completed 16 extra Hours on Electrical.

I have successfully completed 40 extra Hours on HVAC - CE

I have successfully completed 16 Hours of study in Inspector CE CPO

I carry Errors and Ommission Insurance (Professional Liability) required by state.

I fulfill minimum 32 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years.

I come from Civil Engineering and construction backgrounds.

I own and use high-tech equipment.
